- Develop and execute the HR strategy in line with the overall strategic direction of SHENA, specifically in areas of policy-making, attraction and retention, employee value proposition, talent management, succession planning and performance management
- Develop and execute a robust Training and Development Strategy and Framework
- Managing the HR administrative operations within SHENA
- Ensure effective and efficient recruitment strategy implemented for SHENA
